About the sock.
What does "Medical-Grade Level 2" actually mean?
23–32 mmHg graduated compression — the same standard prescribed by physiotherapists and used in clinical recovery. Pressure is highest at the ankle and decreases up the leg, which stimulates venous return, reduces swelling and accelerates recovery. Most "fitness" compression socks sit around 8–15 mmHg (Class 1) and have only marginal physiological effect.
What are they made of?
53% Polyamide, 32% Polypropylene microfiber and 15% Elastane. The polypropylene microfiber wicks moisture faster than standard polyester, is naturally antibacterial and odour-resistant, and is lighter so the sock stays cool and dry through the longest WODs and races. Comparable to the best medical compression socks on the market — just with your logo on them.
How do I size my members or runners?
Sizing is based on calf circumference, not shoe size. Stand up, measure the widest point of the calf with a flexible tape (don't pull tight). S fits 28–36 cm calves, M fits 34–42 cm, L fits 40–48 cm. In doubt between two sizes, pick the smaller one for proper compression. M is by far the top seller across CrossFit, Hyrox and runners.
How do they hold up to washing?
Wash cold (max 30°C), turn inside out before washing, no tumble dryer — let them air dry. They keep their shape and compression after hundreds of washes. Pull up evenly to just below the knee when putting them on.
Can the sock colors be customized too, or only the logo?
Both. Sock body color, foot color, accent stripes, cuff color and logo placement are all customizable. Most gyms match the sock to their brand palette; some run multiple colorways (a "team" colorway, a "members" colorway, a race-day edition). Each colorway is its own MOQ 100/size.

Are they Hyrox / CrossFit / marathon legal?
Yes. Knee-high compression socks fall well within Hyrox, CrossFit and World Athletics apparel rules. There is no maximum compression class restriction on socks in any major federation. Many elite athletes already train and race in Medical-Grade Level 2 compression — your members are just doing it in your brand.
